Brief introduction of screen bowl centrifuge：
The screen bowl centrifuge operates very similarly to the solid bowl centrifuge. The operation concept is base upon sedimentation assisted by centrifugal force. The cylindrical bowl with a conical end rotates at various rpms depending on the application. Inside the solid bowl is a conveyor that has a spiral drive that spins in the same direction as the bowl but at lower speeds. A screen bowl has a screen element near the conical end of the bowl to allow for rinsing and additional dewatering of the solids.
The screen bowl centrifuge is applicable to the separating of suspension liquid which contains the solid-phase material and the granule size of the solid material are greater than 0.1 mm or the concentration is 25- 75%. Our screen bowl centrifuge can be used in industries such as chemical, salt making, alkali making, environmental protection, etc.

Working principle of screen bowl centrifuge：
In the first solid-liquid separation stage of the screen bowl centrifuge, materials are dewatered in the sedimentation area. Separated solids are moved to filtration area and the clarified liquids are discharged from the liquid outlet.
In the second separation stage of the screen bowl centrifuge, concentrated substances will be dewatered again in the filtration screen section.
