1.Product Introduction
The flotation froth image analyzer is a real-time analysis and online measurement instrument applied to flotation froth characteristic parameters in dressing process. The product adopts computer visual technology to analyze the real-time characteristic state of froths on the surface layer of flotation machine, reflect the stability and control situation of flotation production, provide quantified data for timely flotation control adjustment and simultaneously provide data support for optimal control and expert system model establishment.
2.Working Principle
The flotation froth image analyzing system uses computer visual technology to analyze froth image on real- time basis and obtains the characteristic data of the froths in the flotation tank as a result. It has solved such problem existing in the traditional process as being hard to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data monitoring by relying on artificial observation and simultaneously solved such problem as being unable to provide reliable data for the optimal control system.
