1.Introduction

It’s a significate contribution to the science of particle separations. By the usage of advanced precision mold manufacturing technology in the world and unique advanced process manufacturing. And has obtained a utility model patent certificate.
Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) Fine Mesh Screen has excellent physical properties. It has both the toughness of CPU screen and the rigidity of the stainless steel screen, can ensure the size of the screen openings keeping the same while working, and maximize the stability of the particle size under the screen. Not easy to plugging the mesh. At the same time, using of advanced precision mold manufacturing technology, the TP screen has more open area and maximizing the separation efficiency.

Because of the reasons above, our Thermoplastic Urethane(TPU) Fine Mesh Screen has long life, can be used for over six months, almost be 2-5 times of the stainless steel screen.
