H-TBS is ready for delivery
1. Teetered Bed Separator, usually called TBS, which is also called coarse slurry separator.
HOT self-owned Brand, H-TBS series Teetered Bed separator, it is the high-tech automation equipment and materials can be sorted and graded only with recycled water. Fine materials such as coal, andalusite and pyrite can be sorted, or the purity of concentrates can be further improved.
2. TBS entered Chinese market
In 2005, China introduced the first Teetered Bed Separator made in Australia, and put into operation in September of that year in Shenyang Coal Industry (Group) Xima Coal mine Preparation Plant. From introduction to export, Chinese companies have spent 12 years, and this is a cycle! About absorption and improvement on TBS technology, it had become relatively mature a few years ago. But why did it take such a long time to achieve a zero breakthrough in export performance? It is definitely a question that needs us to analyze much.

With the extension of mining level and the improvement of mining automation technology, raw coal quality has changed a lot, especially the increase of primary slime content, it has formed a big difficulty to separation of dense medium cyclone and jig sorting. In view of these two questions, HOT give full play to own advantages in equipment research and development, manufacturing, technology and so on. HOT makes independent innovation, a high-performance autonomous TBS Teetered Bed Separator has been developed to solve the problem. It not only solved two major problems puzzling the world coal preparation process, but also has autonomous and unique Expert Control System and Backwater Self-Stabilizing Systems and Patented Bell Shaped Discharge Valve. Meanwhile it also has a number of core patent technology, which filled the gaps in the same type of products.
At the same time, coal slime separation has been included in the large-scale sorting technology strategy in China. As one of the coarse slime separation technologies, TBS has a wide application prospect.
