The project that invest and build joint venture in Pakistan has been agreed after the general meeting of board and shareholder representatives recently.The new company which named Orient Mining Services Ltd will be located in Islamabad and be owned jointly by the Beijing HOT Mining Technology Co., Ltd and the Road Master with the share of 66.6% to 33.4% respectively.
The Road Master is a reputable local family enterprises who has more than 150-year history. It’s major business covers providing services of equipment sales and maintenance for infrastructure and mining clients. Besides, it also imports and exports the native products in Pakistan and has subsidiaries and offices in the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Brazil, South Africa and Shanghai China.
The solid operation of the Road Master company, as well as its long-history local business experience in Pakistan, channel relations and other resources,will promote to the well development of the new joint venture.
HOT Mining will send two directors to the board of the joint venture company (a total of 3 directors).
With the support of One Belt And One Road, HOT Mining hopes to help more Chinese mining technology rooted in Pakistan.
